Title: New Evidence Supports Plant Sources As Complements in Omega-3 Supplementation

Description: This presentation will explore emerging research on the plant-based omega-3 fatty acid stearidonic acid (SDA) and its potential role in supporting EPA/DHA status, inflammatory balance, and metabolic health. Greg will review recent preclinical and clinical evidence examining the effects of SDA on the gut-liver-brain axis, lipid markers, insulin sensitivity, and inflammatory biomarkers. Attendees will learn how newer findings challenge conventional assumptions about the conversion and clinical utility of plant-based omega-3 sources compared with traditional EPA/DHA sources.

This webinar is sponsored by NCMIC.

This webinar is free to members; $25 for non-members.
