FUN DAY - Spa/Sauna Day

After Doctor Christopher Lepisto's most excellent presentation "From Finland With Love: Sauna Therapy's Ancient Secrets Made Modern"   we have been inspired. So, we decided to make a fun day at a nearby spa/sauna facility, Red Rocks Spa.
