De-prescribing Without Prescription Rights (VIRTUAL)

Join Dr. Christie Fleetwood, ND, RPh, VNMI as she discusses how we can support our patients in de-prescibing medications in states where we do not have prescription rights. From understanding how to de-prescribe safely to coaching patients in conversations they can have with their prescribing providers, she will outline how we can become the best advocates for our patients’ well-being and empower them to take their health into their own hands, all while staying within the confines of our scope of practice. Dr. Fleetwood was a practicing Pharmacist before becoming a Naturopathic Physician, and more recently moved to an unlicensed/ pre-licensed state, making her one of our profession’s wisest minds on this topic.
