As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Waller is an expert in integrative medicine. She also has a (not so secret) superpower helping her patients cultivate mindfulness and listen to their own body's wisdom for healing, even in times of stress and change. Dr. Waller acts as her patients' personal stress resiliency advocate. She uses a combination of body wisdom with plant and energetic medicines, which results in some pretty amazing healing. Her patients go from feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, to energetic and vibrant.
