Dr. Brown is a Registered Naturopathic Doctor in Colorado and is Licensed in Arizona as a Naturopathic Doctor. He is a member of the AANP and the Colorado Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CoAND). Dr. Brown got his Naturopathic Doctors degree from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (SCNM) in Tempe, AZ, his bachelors degree from the University of Colorado at Denver (UCD) and an Associates of the Arts from Arapahoe Community College (ACC).
Dr. Brown moved to Colorado at the age of 10 and has called it home ever since. After graduating from Widefield High School he served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps as an Air Traffic Controller. After getting out of the Marines he started at Arapahoe Community College where he decided to go to medical school and wanted to be like a small town family doctor who takes care of his community in, but with the intention of helping people get better by using a more natural approach where needed.
While doing his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado at Denver he learned about Naturopathic Medicine and knew that was the kind of medicine would allow him to have the best of both worlds in terms of modern and traditional medicine training to offer his community.
Dr. Brown currently has a practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado and serves patients from all over the front range of Colorado. Dr. Brown utilizes a strong base of Allopathic and Naturopathic Medicine training to treat and guide individuals and families with all aspects of their healthcare.
In his free time Dr. Brown loves to travel, be it just around the state or anywhere in the world. He has been able to travel to a lot of the states as well as the Far East, Middle East, and Europe. One of his favorite places to visit is the Czech Republic when he is able to go to some of the places where naturopathic medicine got its start and see how they still practice the same principles and techniques today.
