Originally from Parker, Dr. Gilchrist left Colorado in 1998 to attend college in Utah . He interrupted his studies to serve a mission in Argentina, and among the lessons he learned there was that making healthy food choices and getting regular exercise were powerful tools for health and well-being. Upon returning home, Dr. Gilchrist decided he would learn all he could about natural health so he could teach these tools to his future patients. While attending Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Gilchrist discovered the world of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, earning his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and his Master's degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Dr. Gilchrist opened his Parker practice in 2017 and has grown his practice there ever since. He loves working with adolescents and adults to acheive their health goals. More recently, Dr. Gilchrist has derived great satisfaction training in a modality called Tibetan Cranial, similar to cranio-sacral therapy, though much older.
