Bio
As an undergraduate student at UCSB I took my first official nutrition course and worked on campus at the Wellness and Fitness Institute. I became interested in herbal medicine and homeopathy during my undergraduate years and studies in France, all of which led me to discover naturopathic medicine and National College of Naturopathic Medicine where I received my Naturopathic Doctor degree.
I’ve been involved with nutrition and herbal medicine in some capacity for over 30 years and integrative and functional medicine for over 25 years. My current clinical focus is primarily working with individuals interested in healthy aging, holistic regenerative "medicine" including bioidentical hormones and peptide therapies, executive lifestyle coaching and high-level wellness. I enjoy working with individuals who are extremely committed and ready to take their health and their lives to the next level of thriving.
