Bio
Dr. Parcell grew up in an athletic family. Her mother went to the Olympics for alpine ski racing, and her father coached the Canadian national ski team. Ski racing was an important aspect of her upbringing and earned her a scholarship to college. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has spent many years of her life chasing finish lines in ski racing, road bike racing and triathlon between school, patient care and having kids. This background gives her intimate experience about how to help aging women optimize their health and performance. In addition to starting NatureMed alongside her husband, she is a published author and continues to follow her passion of teaching others about health through patient care, writing and public speaking.
